How We Build Your Deck
We Walk the Yard With You
We measure the space, look at where the deck can attach to the house, and ask how you want to use it. Dining, lounging, grilling, or all three. That answer shapes the whole layout.
3D Design and a Fixed Price
You see your deck in 3D before we build anything. Material, railing, stairs, and levels all get settled here. Then you get one clear price so there are no surprises later.
Permits, Footings, and Build
Any deck more than 18 inches off the ground needs a permit here. We handle the paperwork and the inspections. Footings sit on helical piers or poured concrete piers driven below the 36 to 42 inch frost line, so a Colorado winter cannot push your deck out of level.
Walkthrough and Handoff
We go over the finished deck with you board by board and fix anything that is not right. Our work is backed by warranties and craftsmanship guarantees. Then it is yours to use.
